In the Protocol of Spa issued at the conclusion of the conference, the Allies agreed to pay one dollar in gold for every ton of fuel delivered by Germany. The purpose of this payment was to provide more food as an incentive for the Ruhr miners. This payment was in addition to sizable loans which the Allies were already required to make to Germany under the Versailles Treaty. The loans were to make up the difference between the German domestic price of coal and the prevailing export price at British seaports. At the time of the Spa Conference this difference amounted to nearly ten dollars per ton; and the Allies agreed to continue advancing loans at this rate in addition to the one dollar per ton to feed the miners. Over the next six months Germany received about one hundred million dollars in combined payments and loans in return for not quite eleven million tons of coal. Thus what was nominally supposed to be reparations was in any practical sense tantamount to an ordinary sale of coal at a very good price.

Thus the general absence of halos in recrystallized lunar rocks is a natural consequence of the mode of formation of those rocks, and only incidentally related to the absence of water. In this context I should add that there is reason to continue the search for halos in lunar rocks. I think it is conceivable that halos may still exist in tiny, unmelted fragments of certain primary minerals contained within those rocks. Whether such fragments do exist in the lunar rocks now on earth will not be known until all those rocks are sectioned and carefully examined. Before discussing Brown’s assertion about minerals of hydrothermal classification, I will discuss his evaluation of halos in mica, a mineral that is generally considered to be of this type. In his first paragraph Brown suggests, without any supporting evidence, that halo centers along conduits and cleavage planes in mica support a hydrothermal origin of halos in this mineral.
The truth is, for NLP to affect an entire nation, people have to be drones on standby. The term NPC is used a lot to describe people nowadays, and this is exactly what a foreign advisory would want: a nation of people who are not confident or so delusional that they have a sense of false confidence. And for it to be so strong that people would assassinate a person for their views and beliefs-and not only stop there but celebrate the death of that person. Why is it that it’s 2025 and we have people committing violent crimes against service members in their home country, that people are beaten to death for their political viewpoints? The NLP mastermind would develop Cognitive Belief Forensics and weaponize it to assault the public without them even knowing. As a patriot, I believe in free speech, but speech can be weaponized. My hypothesis would be that the NLP mastermind would orchestrate something like Spirit Cooking, which is simply using NLP, hypnosis, and affirmative action that goes against their morals in order to achieve a goal they have in the future.
All the positives and negatives flow from every news outlet. Then, the day comes. It is time to Fall Back or Spring Ahead. We prepare for the shock our media predicted was coming. We figure out which friends and relatives live in what time zones so we don’t call too early or too late. Some of us pray. We reset all our manual clocks. Then, life goes on, and the debate lies dormant, festering. Unlike Cicada Bugs that stay dormant for Canada years, we deal with the Daylight-Savings debate every six months. Twice a year we go at it again. Like so many things we figure out on our own as we go through life, I learned to compromise by mistake. I knew the word, but compromise was totally foreign to me, thinking I had never experienced it before. But I had seen compromise. I just never realized it-until that day.
